Overview
This Apprenticeship framework is aimed at individuals working in business and administration, in a senior management and/or supervisory role, and aims to provide a workforce with the skills, knowledge and competencies to support business systems, processes and services and who can contribute to making businesses more efficient and productive.
Managers operating at level 5 play an integral role in setting and supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as: informing strategic decision making, managing budgets, planning and implementing change, leading teams and managing programmes of complimentary projects.
