The Leadership Pathway of this Apprenticeship is aimed at those individuals looking to enter the sector as an Activity Leader, who’ll be preparing, leading, concluding and reviewing activity sessions in a safe, engaging and inclusive manner.
On completion of this Apprenticeship learners could progress into employment as Activity Leaders and into coaching roles.
