Overview

This apprenticeship is designed for learners who are already working or who would like to work in a contact centre environment.

The apprenticeship programme includes employer led, up to date, flexible qualifications which meet the demand for higher levels of contact centre skills, including softer-skills such as communication, team working, interpersonal skills and the ability to improve own learning and performance.

Learners will develop their skills and understanding of key areas of contact centre operations including customer service, relevant software, problem solving and sales.
