Extension of NCFE Awards in the Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism

The following qualifications* have been extended until 30 June 2017:

  • NCFE Level 2 Award in the Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism (600/5943/6)
  • NCFE Level 2 Extended Award in the Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism

There are no changes to the title, content or structure of the qualifications, so please continue to use the existing qualification specifications with your learners. The qualification specifications are available to download by clicking on the qualification links above and selecting the ‘Support Material’ tab.

Please note that the regulation and certification end dates for these qualifications have changed.

  • the regulation end date for the qualifications as shown above is the final date we can receive and process your learner registrations
  • the new certification end date is the 30 June 2019. This is the final date we can produce full and partial certificates for your learners.
