To allow a staff training event to take place, telephone calls to NCFE Head Office will be diverted to a voicemail service this afternoon at 1pm, Friday 3 October.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this event might cause and we ask you to work round this short break in normal service levels. NCFE takes its commitment to customers very seriously; the aim of events like this is to improve the standard of service we provide to you in the long term.
All enquiries and messages will be dealt with as a priority on Monday morning. NCFE's normal telephone service will resume at 8.30am on Monday 6 October.
