Extension of NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (600/1292/4)

We’d like to inform you that the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (600/1292/4) has been extended until 31 August 2015.

We had previously told you that this qualification would be withdrawn on 31 December 2014 but following centre feedback we have made the decision to extend this qualification for the remainder of the 2014-2015 session.

The other Contact Centre qualifications (listed below) are still being withdrawn as planned on 31 December 2014.

  • NCFE Level 1 NVQ Award in Contact Centre Operations (600/1291/2)
  • NCFE Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Contact Centre Operations (600/1255/9)

There are no changes to the title, content or structure of NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (600/1292/4), so please continue to use the existing qualification specification (issue 2, April 2013) with your learners. The qualification specification is available to download by clicking on the qualification link above and selecting the ‘Support Material’ tab.

Please note that the regulation and certification end dates for this qualification have changed to the following dates:

  • the regulation end date for the qualification is now 31 August 2015 so this is the final date we can receive and process your learner registrations
  • the new certification end date is 31 August 2017 so this is the final date we can produce full and partial certificates for your learners. We cannot accept or process any claims after this date. If you have any questions about this please contact your Customer Support Advisor here at NCFE.
