Our Centre Support and ITS teams have been working hard implementing some new features on the NCFE Portal which will go live on Thursday 13 March! Below is some important information about these changes.
Updates to Unique Learner Number (ULN) validation and verification:
- we’ve updated the ULN validation so when you register learners on the Portal we can validate this and let you know it’s in the right format
- you now have the ability to select daily, weekly or monthly in the LRS screen for any invalid ULN emails we send out to your LRS admin once we’ve verified ULNs with the LRS.
Please make sure your LRS Admin is correct on the Portal.
Sending Certificates to a satellite address:
- >we’ve added some new functionality to the Let’s Claim screen on the Portal so you can select which address you can send your certificates to
And don't forget...
- we’ve created a programme version of the Learner Status Report which is accessible from the Online Certification section of the Portal. You’ll be able to access this report using the programme code as a search option.
