We’d like to inform you that the following qualifications are due to expire on 31 August 2014:
- NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service (600/1772/7)
- NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration (501/1224/7)
These qualifications are being redeveloped and the new versions which will be combined Knowledge and Competence qualifications will be available from 1 September 2014.
Please make sure that if you intend to register any learners on these qualifications, you do so before 31 August 2014. After this date, the qualification will no longer be available, and we’ll be unable to accept registrations.
Any learners registered before this date will have until the certification end date 31 August 2016 to complete their course and claim certificates. This includes learners who have a credit certificate who want to complete the full qualification and claim a full certificate. We cannot accept or process any claims after this date. If you have any questions about this please contact your Centre Support Assistant here at NCFE.
The following stand-alone unit programmes will also be withdrawn on 31 August 2014:
- Understanding the Organisation (H/503/032/UNIT)
- Prepare to Deliver Excellent Customer Service (M/503/0324/UNIT)
