At NCFE we want your experiences with us to be memorable for all of the right reasons. We love to hear your feedback so we can continue to improve and build relationships with you, and that’s why our forth Customer Engagement Survey was distributed in June 2014.
We’ve now received your feedback from our partner, Engage, and we’d like to say a big thanks to the 436 of our FE college customers who completed the survey. Here are some highlights from what you told us:

- 91% of you agreed that NCFE provide quality qualifications
- 89% of you trust us to do our best for your learners
- 88% of you told us that you trust NCFE to do its best for you
- 78% of you recommend NCFE to a friend or colleague
The engagement survey provides us with valuable insight that will help us deliver better services and qualifications for you.
We’ll use the results from the survey to make sure we continue to engage with you and deliver the high customer service levels you expect to receive, and we’ll work hard to improve the things that matter to you the most.
