We are currently working hard to improve the NCFE Portal and have recently updated it to fit in with our new brand. Well the work doesn’t stop there and we are currently working on making some more updates so your account is even more secure.
You’ll notice:
- We’ve updated the screens to fit with our new brand
- We’ve made the screens more user friendly by cleaning them up and removing unnecessary text
- If you forget your password you can now reset it yourself as long as it contains 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 numeric character
- When you create a new user you’ll have 3 hours to activate your new password
In the short term you don’t need to do anything and your current username and password will continue to work however we do advise that you reset your password when you get a chance.
We are aiming to make this live over the weekend of the 4/5 October 2014 and will send further information nearer the time.
