NCFE in the top 50 for Customer Service

David GraileyThis year, we entered the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service benchmarking programme for the first time. This programme involved our customers ‘mystery shopping’ us and rating our customer service against criteria such as timeliness, ease of use and staff knowledge.

The good news is that we’ve been recognised and placed within the Top 50! We’re delighted with this achievement and we’re the only Awarding Organisation to be placed in the programme this year. Our official place in the Top 50 will be released at the end of October at a ceremony in London.

We’ll use the feedback we receive from the Top 50 programme alongside feedback from our Use Your Voice programme to help make changes for the better. The Use Your Voice programme gives us regular feedback about how we can improve what we do, we’re always listening to our customers and we welcome your feedback so we can further enhance the way we do things!
