At NCFE we want your customer experience with us to be memorable for all of the right reasons. We love to hear your feedback so that we can continue to improve and build relationships with you.
To support this, our annual customer engagement survey was sent out on Monday 20 April by our partner, Customer Service Network (CSN).
The survey provides us with valuable insight that will help us to deliver better services and qualifications for you, so we’d love for you to take the time to give your views. Your answers will make a material difference to how NCFE is run as an organisation.
We’ll use the results from the survey to make sure we continue to engage with you and deliver the high customer service levels you expect to receive. We’ll also work hard to improve the things that matter to you the most.
What have we done since last year’s survey?
Since the last survey we’ve continued to concentrate our focus on our product range and customer relationships, so we can be the best for you!
