Happy New Year – I hope that you and your families had a good time over the festive season. And as we start 2013, I am delighted to announce that NCFE has been awarded Investors in People Gold Standard. To achieve Investors in People is great, to achieve their Gold Standard reflecting world-class best practice is fantastic.
We’re delighted to join the 600 companies in the UK who hold the Gold Standard and believe it really does demonstrate our ambition and commitment to achieving high performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
I’d also like to thank those of you that took part in our 2nd Customer Engagement Survey which was distributed in September 2012. We’ve now received your feedback from our partner, Engage, and we’d like to say a big thank you to the 154 of our Private Training Provider customers who completed the survey. Here are some highlights from what you told us:

I am delighted to confirm that we have been able to extend our Occupational Studies qualifications until 31st March this year, with new versions of the qualifications available from 1st April. This extension from Ofqual ensures we are able to offer these qualifications to you without interruption.
